According to research on what determines therapeutic success, the most important factor is having a good fit between therapist and client – a good working relationship, also known as a therapeutic alliance. If you decide to join my practice, this is the first thing we’ll work together to create: a way of conducting therapy that is comfortable and positive for you. If this fit isn’t the right one for either of us, I am happy to give you referrals.
